Reporting to the Director of Health & Wellness, you'll deliver quality care while adhering to Extendicare's standards. Your responsibilities will include observing and reporting on client conditions, assisting with personal hygiene, and facilitating mobility. If you have experience in community health services and a passion for helping seniors, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow care plans as directed by supervisors
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Observe changes in residents' conditions
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Aide program
• Experience with seniors in community health
• Strong communication skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
