Join Lookout Housing and Health Society in Duncan, BC, as a Tenant Support Worker in a casual capacity. This role focuses on assisting residents with essential support services and personal development.

You will work versatile shifts, including evenings and overnights, aiding adults with diverse challenges. This position emphasizes building connections and independence among tenants, ensuring their basic needs are met in a comforting environment. Adherence to health and safety measures, including respirator fit testing, is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tenant intake and assess their needs
• Identify challenges and develop appropriate service plans




• Support residents with crisis intervention and financial management
• Maintain required statistical and evaluative data
• Work closely with volunteers and students on-site

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Minimum two years related experience or equivalent
• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate needed
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable populations
• Class 5 BC Driver's License if applicable

Deliver life-changing support and services tailored to adult residents' needs as a Tenant Support Worker.
