This position requires excellent time management and the ability to lift heavy items while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide portion cutting and fabrication of seafood
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
• Participate in monthly inventory tasks
• Perform duties as assigned by Operations Management

Requirements:
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work in cold environments
• Capable of lifting up to 35 kg
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Strong time management and stress management skills
