Amica is searching for a dedicated Health Care Aide, known as a Resident Care Partner, to enhance the lives of seniors in our community. This position emphasizes relationship-building with residents, ensuring their unique needs are met through attentive care. You'll engage in various activities, from light housekeeping to dining support, while delivering hospitality and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Provide personalized care and support
• Assist with daily activities, including dining and engagement
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Ensure residents' comfort and well-being

Requirements:
• Graduate from recognized HCA/PSW program or equivalent
• Current registration with the BC Care Aide registry
• Ability to complete Vulnerable Sector Check
• Level 1 First Aid and CPR/AED Certificate
• Willingness to learn and apply current skills
