At Aspira, you will work permanently for 40 hours biweekly, specifically during mornings from Monday to Friday. You will cultivate relationships with residents to ensure their comfort and dignity while addressing their needs effectively. This position requires a caring nature and the ability to respond to resident needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly
• Complete resident care as per care plans
• Transport residents to activities and dining
• Perform laundry and housekeeping duties
• Engage tactfully with residents and families

Requirements:
• Minimum six months of relevant experience
• Basic or Standard First Aid certification
• Certification in Personal Support Worker or equivalent
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
