Active Care Youth and Adults Services seeks a Program Manager in Kamloops, BC, to lead trauma-informed support and enhance service delivery in resource homes. This full time role focuses on effective management. In this key position, you will report to the Program Director, ensuring a person-centered approach while managing residential facilities.

Your expertise in human services will be vital in developing guidelines, conducting assessment meetings, and liaising with support teams. You will also monitor medication management and handle critical incidents to ensure client safety. Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with clients and their support networks
Conduct assessments and develop care plans
Facilitate skill enhancement for residents
Oversee adherence to CARF standards
Provide trauma-informed support to staff Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human/social services
Minimum three years in human services
Leadership experience required
Must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License
CPR-certified Community Care First Aid Drive quality care and support for individuals with Active Care in Kamloops.
