Job Summary & Requirements

The RVH Project Management team supports project teams to successfully complete projects on time, within scope and within budget. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office,the Project Management Lead will provide project management leadership, expertise and training to assist project teams in achieving success using recognized project management standards and best practices. The Project Management Lead will also support operational improvement initiatives using evidence-based quality improvement methodologies to improve patient outcomes and the quality of services. As the Project Management Lead, you are responsible for the successful development and implementation of projects, leading team resources from across the organization to ensure project objectives are delivered on-time and on-budget according to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters. The Project Management Lead plans,



schedules and controls all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while forming and guiding project teams for success and building positive professional relationships with stakeholders. As the Project Management Lead, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, requiring solid leadership, efficient planning, and effective prioritization skills. As the Project Management Lead, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Working within an established Project Management Office, the Project Management Lead role supports a combination of Capital Redevelopment, Information Technology, and Operational Improvement projects.
