Project Manager

Responsibilities - Work directly with and delegate a small team of 2 or 3 people.

- Collaborate with engineers and contract owners to determine specifications of the project.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish while managing budget constraints.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Track costs.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
- Prepare and submit project estimates.

Qualifications - Minimum 5 years combined experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in the construction sector.

- Minimum 2 years in project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with Microsoft Project (asset).
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and tender packages.
- Experience with quantity take-offs.




- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in engineering or project management is an asset but not required. We are looking for a team player with leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong familiarity with health and safety standards, and the ability to lead projects and solve problems quickly.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation will be based on experience and expertise in this field.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: $66,860.00 – $145,072.00 per year Additional pay:
