Role Overview

As Project Site Lead, you are the backbone of Delartis’ flawless execution promise. You will manage site operations, bridge design intent with physical construction, enforce quality benchmarks, and ensure timely completion within budget. Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day site operations, contractor schedules, material deliveries, and manpower deployment. Enforce strict quality control standards for civil work, MEP installations, custom joinery, flooring, and paint finishes.

Review

Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawings on site and resolve technical execution clashes with design teams. Maintain site measurement logs, bill verification, progress reports, and snag lists. Ensure zero-compromise safety protocols, site cleanliness, and professional decorum at all project locations.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.



5+ years of hands‑on experience leading turnkey interior fit‑outs and architectural construction sites. Solid leadership skills with proven authority over sub‑contractors, vendors, and site labor. Software Skills
