In this critical role, you will work closely with the Resident Care Manager, Social Worker, and Occupational Therapist to deliver vital behavior and symptom support. Emphasizing a strength-based approach, you'll foster overall well-being, helping residents achieve psycho-social recovery and community reintegration. Your ability to build rapport will be essential to facilitating problem-solving and social integration among residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Community/Mental Health or related field
