Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Lead Early Childhood Educator in all program activities
• Develop an inclusive environment that promotes diversity and growth
• Perform developmental assessments and document children's learning




• Collaboratively work with families from diverse backgrounds
• Contribute to the school team through positive communication

Requirements:
• Comprehensive understanding of child development principles
• Proven ability to apply best practices in early childhood education
• Valid First Aid certification and Food Handlers Course
• Successful completion of criminal record checks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
