Spectrum Health Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join their team. The role involves assisting with bathing, toileting, meals, and other daily tasks in various locations. You will work under a Home Support Supervisor's guidance while traveling to patients’ homes and facilities to ensure individual needs are met continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care for daily living activities
• Assess and respond to changing patient needs
• Perform tasks under Home Support Supervisor's supervision
• Travel between patients in assigned region

Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
• RN/RPN Student with first year completed
• Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife, or Physician
• Ability to lift clients and assist with mobility
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
