This position combines project leadership, technical documentation, and client relations, making it ideal for specialists eager for ownership of their projects. You will work on various projects, collaborating directly with clients and contractors. Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through all design and construction phases
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
Prepare and review design packages and construction documents
Provide technical leadership and maintain quality control Requirements:
Registered Architect with OAA, AIBC, or similar
Minimum 5 years delivering architectural projects
Proficient in Autodesk Revit
Solid knowledge of Canadian building codes
