Join LifeLabs as a part-time Laboratory Assistant, where your work in specimen collection enhances patient care and diagnostic services. You will interact with patients and perform essential testing duties.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for greeting patients, conducting phlebotomies, and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. LifeLabs is dedicated to quality and support, reflecting this in their commitment to a collaborative culture. You’ll be working in a part time capacity at Kensington PSC with flexibility across various PSC sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and explain the specimen process
• Execute phlebotomies and other health monitoring tests
• Conduct special test collections and manage documentation




• Foster effective communication with clients and follow-ups
• Prepare specimens efficiently for transportation

Requirements:
• Completed Medical Laboratory Assistant program or relevant experience
• Experience in phlebotomy and ECG training
• Strong customer service and data entry skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality standards
