Join Northview in Yellowknife, NT as a Cleaner on our Residential team. This role focuses on upkeeping common areas and suites while ensuring a protected and clean environment for residents.

As part of Northview, you'll report to the Facilities Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include thorough cleaning of guest rooms, vacant suites, and regular maintenance of common areas. You will also follow health and safety standards, showcasing pride in your work and the properties we manage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas and guest rooms thoroughly
• Dust, vacuum, and steam clean carpets and rugs
• Disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances




• Maintain a debris-free environment in public areas
• Perform snow removal and additional upkeep tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience in challenging cleaning environments
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Capable of lifting 30lbs and climbing stairs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Must pass a criminal record check
