The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day equipment operations, track licenses, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will play a vital role in mentoring staff and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily maintenance and repair of equipment
Monitor equipment downtime and intervene as necessary
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
Review and supervise equipment-related purchases Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
Valid ‘G’ Driver’s Licence; 310T Truck & Coach preferred
Knowledge of equipment repair and management software
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
