Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and dispense drugsAssess new and repeat prescriptions Consistently apply medication management principlesEducate patients on medication useMonitor patient progress Document and maintain accurate recordsOversee and mentor pharmacy staffPromote healthy living and immunization programsHandle customer concerns and complaintsCommunicate with customers and other healthcare professionalsOversee the operational and financial performance of the pharmacyEducation & QualificationsBachelor of Science in Pharmacy DegreeACP license in good standingISTM required, or commitment to obtaining ISTM within one year is requiredAPA preferred Current CPR Certification valid in AlbertaAuthorization to Administer Drugs by Injection preferredExperience & SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience within retail pharmacy is preferredMinimum 3 years of experience of leadership experience is preferredStrong organizational and operational oversight skillsExpertise in medication management and patient careExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSkilled in staff supervision and performance evaluationProficient in managing pharmacy inventory and financialsKnowledge of the Dayforce system is an assetAbility to implement and adhere to regulatory complianceExperience in pharmacy management and leadership is an assetWe are excited to grow our team and look forward to welcoming dedicated professionals who share our vision and commitment to excellence.
