and empowering people to reach their full potential.Leading a multi-disciplinary team with the preparation of designs, design reviews, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.Overseeing scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection.Managing projects from concept through design and construction.Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications.Delivering projects on budget and schedule.Mentoring and coaching engineers and technologists.Building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.Fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.Does this sound like you?Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA (or eligible).10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation.Proven expertise in alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owner's Engineer).Strong project management and business development skills.Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.Valid driver's licence.About Us:At Associated Engineering, we're passionate about not only the work we do but the communities we live and work in.
