About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Legal Affairs to lead the integration of its legal teams into a unified, enterprise-wide function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the legal aspects of the company's strategic initiatives are in alignment with regulatory and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership for the legal affairs function, set strategic priorities, and advise executive leadership on complex legal matters, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and development initiatives. The Vice President will also be responsible for managing legal risks, overseeing the ethics and compliance framework, and promoting a culture of integrity within the organization.





Applicants for the Vice President, Legal Affairs position at the company must be licensed to practice law in Canada, with a minimum of 15 years' legal experience, including at least 7 years in leadership roles. Deep expertise in complex legal domains such as infrastructure, P3, project financing, and M&A; is essential.
