Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute associate engagement and retention strategies

Requirements:
• JD or Bachelor's degree in law required
• Minimum five years of legal experience, preferably in Corporate law
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven project management and organizational abilities
• Bilingualism (French) an asset
