More About The Role

- Prepares sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines.
- Coordinates with sales representatives and other departments to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
- Communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve any discrepancies.




- Develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support the sales performance management.
- Adheres to the quote/deal/pricing/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy.
- Coordinates with Sales and Marketing the correct maintenance of prices of our customers (Strategic customer discounts and net prices/Deals/Special Price Agreements/Promotion conditions/Project Quotes and rebates) ensuring compliance with existing contracts, completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
- Provides training to the sales organization on quotation process and tools (updates and current sales employees)
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives of the quotation process, ensuring increase of speed, quality and customer satisfaction.
