Lead transformative change initiatives at Canada Life as the Director of Change Management. As the Director of Change Management, you will report to the AVP and be pivotal in shaping the enterprise change management practice.

This senior role will require you to oversee multiple portfolios, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Your ability to influence and guide stakeholders will be critical in driving impactful organizational change. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve enterprise change management strategy
Ensure alignment of transformation objectives and business priorities




Develop best practice tools for change management
Guide stakeholders on change strategy and engagement
Partner with PMOs to support integrated outcomes Requirements:
10+ years in change management leadership
5+ years of people management experience
Proven skills in stakeholder management
Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
