The Family Resource Worker (FRW) is vital in the daily operations at the EarlyON Child & Family Centre. This position requires collaboration with children, families, and community partners, helping to create a safe and inclusive environment. The FRW will utilize their robust background in early childhood education or social services to develop and evaluate programs tailored to community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging family-centered early learning programs
• Build and maintain supportive relationships with families and community partners




• Ensure safe and inclusive program environments for all participants
• Respond to community requests for services and support
• Stay updated on community resources and development initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience with families in vulnerable situations
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Ontario class “G” driver’s license
