Emergency Medical Technician (Part time)-(Posting# 53365)
This position performs technical work driving an ambulance to rescue or transport the sick and injured, administers emergency medical care at the basic level, gathers medical history and relays to doctor or hospital, assists the EMT-Paramedic and EMT-Intermediate, and performs related tasks as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Possession of NC EMT Basic credential.

Obtain NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 certifications within six months of hire.

Valid driver's license in the State of North Carolina.

Compensation
The salary rate for this position is $21.93 per hour. The person selected for this part-time position may work up to 24 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
