Join Traditional Learning Academy as a part time Grade One and Two Teacher. This role requires delivering religious education while fostering a supportive Catholic learning environment.

The successful applicant will work 0.6 FTE starting September 1, 2026, focusing on teaching Grades One and Two under the BC Curriculum guidelines. This position involves planning lessons, supervising during activities, and supporting the school’s extracurricular offerings. Teacher certification in BC is necessary, along with the capability to teach Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement engaging lessons as per the school's curriculum
• Plan and execute units tailored to student needs
• Engage in extracurricular activities to enhance learning




• Supervise students respectfully and effectively
• Teach and promote the Catholic religion in class

Requirements:
• Possession of a valid BC Teaching Certificate or eligibility
• Passion for Catholic education and student development
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Previous experience in elementary teaching
• Thorough understanding of child development principles
