We’re looking for a temporary part-time Member Support Associate at our Second Line Hub. In this pivotal role, you will market and promote Northern's comprehensive product offerings, including consumer loans, mortgages, and credit cards. Your operational expertise will also help members navigate self-service channels ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for member inquiries
• Promote and up-sell financial products and services




• Educate members on using self-service delivery channels
• Efficiently manage workload and meet deadlines
• Enhance overall member experience with high-quality service

Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant experience
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills
• Commitment to continuous learning in banking operations
