Key Responsibilities:
• Relay inquiries via phone and website effectively
• Assist in preparing meeting documents and agendas
• Schedule boardroom bookings for training and events
• Manage office databases with accuracy
• Ensure confidentiality in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Five or more years in a non-profit office setting
• Robust knowledge of office systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and superb organizational skills
• Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel
