Duties
Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are sanitized regularly
Sort and organize clean items for efficient storage and easy access by kitchen staff
Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with sanitation standards
Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen workplace by removing trash and recycling materials promptly
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service





Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking or food preparation, can enhance your effectiveness in this role
Experience working in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
