Responsibilities
Design and deliver dynamic lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles
Foster an inclusive classroom setting that encourages active participation and respectful dialogue
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support growth
Incorporate proofreading, writing exercises, and literary analysis to enhance language proficiency
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best teaching practices




Support students with special education needs by adapting instructional strategies as necessary
Maintain organized records of attendance, grades, and student performance for ongoing evaluation

Experience
Proven classroom experience teaching high school English or related subjects
Robust communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues
Demonstrated ability in proofreading, editing, and guiding students through writing assignments
Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for students requiring extra help
Knowledge of special education principles and inclusive teaching strategies is a plus
Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans, assessments, and student records effectively
