This full time position demands hands-on leadership to guide your engineering team and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will capitalize on emerging trends and drive product innovation while collaborating cross-functionally to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of current generator and power products
Oversee existing product portfolio performance
Conduct design reviews and feasibility studies
Mentor and develop engineering team members
Collaborate on emerging technology implementation Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
8–10 years in generator manufacturing or power systems
Strong technical knowledge of energy storage
