Duties
Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Support children during daily routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being
Engage children in interactive learning experiences that incorporate basic math concepts, language development, and creative play
Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere
Support children with diverse needs,



including those with disabilities, by implementing individualized strategies under supervision
Observe and document children's progress to inform teaching strategies and support developmental milestones

Skills
Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood settings is highly valued
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Ability to assist with teaching foundational skills in math, literacy, and social-emotional learning
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth
Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining a lively and positive classroom environment
