We’re hiring a dedicated Gardener who can effectively lead crews while maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves teaching best practices and supervising crew work to ensure high-quality execution of landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support site work planning
• Guide and train crew members in tasks
• Install seasonal plantings and maintain gardens
• Ensure health monitoring of various plants
• Operate essential landscaping vehicles and tools

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of proven landscape maintenance experience
• Capable of lifting 40-60 pounds
• Reliable and committed to quality work
• Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
• Strong English communication skills required
