AgeCare is looking for a skilled Personal Support Worker (PSW) to ensure high-quality care for residents across its communities in Alberta, BC, and Ontario. You will assist in monitoring care plans, onboarding new staff, and maintaining a safe environment in line with established policies. Your role is critical to enhancing the resident experience and ensuring their needs are met with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on resident care in coordination with care plans
• Document care-related information as needed
• Attend staff meetings and in-service education sessions




• Assist in onboarding processes for new staff
• Follow all IPAC policies and best practices

Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Knowledge of bedside care and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with geriatric resident needs
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
