SOURCES is seeking a motivated Personal Development Support Specialist for our Community Inclusion team. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be flexible in supporting individuals with diverse needs.

In this role, you will partner with clients to enhance their life skills through tailored services and community involvement. Daily responsibilities will include building rapport, fostering independence, and helping clients navigate opportunities. SOURCES focuses on creating resilient communities by embracing diversity and ensuring every individual feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build rapport and provide empathetic support to clients
• Co-design services with individuals and their support systems




• Assist clients in developing daily living skills
• Actively seek out community involvement opportunities
• support participants as they explore their local environments

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Background in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Preferred First Aid and Food Safe certifications
• Self-driven with a cooperative approach
• Willing to engage in physical fitness and community activities
