Lead community engagement as a Campaign Organizer for Affordable Electric Homes at Neighbours United in Port Coquitlam. This hybrid role focuses on deep canvassing and volunteer leadership.

As a part time Campaign Organizer, you will direct three seasonal canvassers, run strategic deep canvassing, and foster volunteer leaders. Your efforts will engage residents in political discussions regarding home affordability and energy efficiency, ensuring their voices are heard in local decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement deep canvassing strategies in the community
• Manage, train, and coach a team of three canvassers
• Develop volunteer leaders to take ownership of initiatives




• Track engagement outcomes using CRM tools
• Prepare volunteers for meetings with elected officials

Requirements:
• Experience in canvassing or community outreach
• Proven skills in community organizing and volunteer coaching
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Data management proficiency for tracking progress
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary
