Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting musical instruments and gear
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
• Answer calls professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up on orders and maintain knowledge of products
• Help merchandise the store for an inviting shopping experience

Requirements:
• Must play at least one musical instrument
• Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends
• Positive attitude and robust work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy boxes
• Retail or sales experience is a plus
