Description

West Boulevard Medical, a new Family Practice clinic in the Kerrisdale area, is looking to grow our team. We provide 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure/surgical room, and a shared doctors office. Appointments are conducted both virtually and in person, serving a full‑scope patient population.

Position Details

- Flexible arrangement: one full‑time equivalent (FTE) position or two part‑time positions. The first to join chooses the role.
- Work from home / virtual facilitation available, but not mandatory.
- Remuneration: 70/30 split. LFP 0/100 on indirect billing (98011 and 98041). Panel quarterly payments to be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Qualifications & Preferences

- Fluency in English required. Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset but not mandatory for short‑term locums or part‑time associates who intend to develop a new patient panel.
- Ability to work independently within a team supported by 3–4 MOAs, a Billing Manager, and a guest Clinical pharmacist.
