This leader will collaborate across Community & Belonging (C&B) and TPT to foster an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace culture anchored in Equinix’s values. The role is responsible for embedding inclusive principles into policies and processes across Equinix, driving systemic change, and ensuring every employee feels seen, heard, and valued—reinforcing our north star of Belonging for All.ResponsibilitiesPeople LeadershipSet functional and developmental priorities for team membersModel inclusive leadership by providing clarity during ambiguity, demonstrating empathy, and fostering collaboration across regions and functionsCoach teams using consultative tools and frameworks that simplify business engagement with C&B offeringsBelonging & CultureLead the development and execution of a multi-year strategy to embed Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DIBA) across the organization, aligned with core values and business prioritiesPartner with FPT leads to integrate C&B principles into talent strategies and plans, ensuring cohesion, equity, and sustained impactChampion initiatives that foster psychological safety, inclusive behaviors, and a deep sense of belonging across all levelsSupport and amplify Equinix's Employee Resource Groups (EECN) and We Are Equinix (WRE) employee engagement networks to elevate employee voice and community buildingAccessibility & Disparate ExperiencesEnsure workplace policies, systems, environments, and experiences are inclusive and accessible to all employees, including those with disabilitiesCollaborate with Facilities, IT, Legal, and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and drive innovation in accessibility and inclusive designAdvise and consult business leaders on embedding accessibility and equity into processes and practices, ensuring systemic inclusion across the enterpriseData & InsightsUse qualitative and quantitative data to identify gaps,



highlight disparate employee experiences, and inform strategic decision-makingContinuously review dashboards to drive actions through the C&B Diagnostic Plan, integrated with enterprise talent strategyDefine, track, and report KPIs for engagement and belonging, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadershipEmbed Belonging into Talent Strategy & People PrioritiesAlign the C&B Diagnostic Plan with functional Talent Strategies using the FPT model, ensuring belonging principles are embedded into core processesSimplify adoption of C&B offerings by integrating equity and inclusion into People Team priorities—Job Architecture, ITS Modernization, Manager Effectiveness, and Digital University—to build future-ready teamsStakeholder ManagementPartner across C&B, TPT (especially People Solutions/COE), Sustainability, Corporate Real Estate, Business Operations, and other key functions to embed C&B principles into policies and processesBuild strong, collaborative relationships with global, regional, and local leaders, fostering trust and alignment across teams and maintaining strong peer partnershipsActively participate in program governance to ensure alignment, drive synergies, and maximize impact across all C&B initiativesRisk ManagementServe as the escalation point for complex issues and collaborate on councils as needed; encourage lateralthinking and thorough analysis to drive resolutionRefer and escalate issues outside the team as neededKey CompetenciesCollaborative leader with a passion for people and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all organizational levelsStrategic and creative thinker with a growth mindset and a focus on measurable outcomesEmpathetic leader skilled in navigating ambiguity and providing clarity during changeProficient in leveraging technology to enhance engagement and innovationResults-driven with a proven ability to deliver impactful solutionsQualifications10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on belonging, inclusion, employee engagement, strategic planning, belonging, and program deliveryDemonstrated experience with interacting and engagement of Employee Resource Groups or similar networksBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferredExpertise in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management,



and communications strategyThis posting is a new position within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / AnnualCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 166,000 - 248,000 CAD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
