The role focuses on driving sustainableperformance, embedding best practices, and acting as a key changeagent within operations.Keyresponsabilities:Lead and facilitate the implementationand sustainability of continuous improvementprogramsIdentify improvement opportunities andintegrate best practices into dailyoperationsTrain, coach, and support teams (DMAIC,DMS management processes, etc.)Prepare and lead various meetings(reviews, brainstorming sessions,workshops)Coordinate cross-functional workinggroups related to continuous improvement (Kaizen, continuousimprovement initiatives, etc.)Act as a change agent to promote aculture of continuous improvementLead and/or support all phases ofproject managementMonitor and drive the execution ofoperational improvement initiativesDevelop and implement key performanceindicators (KPIs)
