Education provides leadership to the team on education strategy, initiatives, Indigenous patient experience, and quality and evaluation functions, strengthening culturally grounded learning and continuous improvement. This role is uniquely positioned to connect learning, experience, and outcomes, ensuring cultural safety education responds to real patient experience signals, patient experience work informs system priorities and leadership behaviour. The salary range for this position is $108,147 (min) to $135,184 (midpoint) to $155,461 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE.
