Synechron is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support the accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll for employees in the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with HR, Finance, Tax, and external partners.

Responsibilities

- Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees.
- Process overtime, vacation, and leave payments.
- Set up new hires and payroll tax information.
- Maintain employee payroll records in ADP.
- Coordinate international payroll activities with global mobility providers.
- Ensure payroll funding and payroll accounting accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Follow payroll controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with payroll projects and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of payroll experience.
- Experience with ADP preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and tax requirements.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.




- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Bilingual in English and French required.
