What We Offer:

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Execute on the client’s care plan
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the East Central Illinois area
- Looking for all visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends, very flexible schedule
- May cover every other weekend and a couple weekdays





Requirements:

- 1 year previous Nursing experience with IV and infusion experience and wound care experience
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Illinois to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required and reliable transportation is mandatory
