As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
- You will use supportive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative approaches to help patients achieve their optimal level of health.
- Provide care and support to patients and families
- Work in close collaboration with our interprofessional team to ensure safe, coordinated and high-quality care

What You’ll Bring

Required

- Registered with the College of Nurses as an RPN

Preferred

- Coronary Care 1 certification
- One year of applicable nursing experience
- Experience using Meditech Expanse
