Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The CSR position entails many different and diverse tasks. This position involves greeting & serving clients throughout their visit, distribution of bowling related materials (i.e. rental shoes, customer materials), working knowledge of appropriate departmental computer and cash systems, receiving payment for bowling games, rental shoes or other related activities such as financial transactions via cash, interact, visa, mastercard or authorized cheques, answering phone calls in a knowledgeable manner, promotion of in-house programs including distribution of promotional materials such as bowling related bounce back coupons, general cleaning activities, ability to work in a high volume environment while maintaining strict control - accurately ringing in all revenues, balancing cash and any and all requests of a reasonable nature.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
