Be part of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation as a CaseWORKS, Data & Technology Support Coordinator in Muncey, Ontario. This onsite role centers on managing data integrity and providing essential tech support. The Coordinator will play a vital role in the Child, Youth, and Family Well-Being Services Department by overseeing the CaseWORKS database.

You will ensure data security, assist staff with technology needs, and create reports that facilitate strategic planning. Your contributions directly impact the lives of children and families in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee data integrity and ongoing maintenance of CaseWORKS
Coordinate with Coyote Software for system functionalities
Develop documentation and quick-reference guides for users




Support tech setups for laptops, printers, and scanning devices
Provide technology troubleshooting and maintenance assistance Requirements:
Diploma or degree in IT or related fields
At least three years of experience in data or records management
Familiarity with case management databases is preferred
Robust analytical and communication abilities
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and Police Record Check Your expertise in data management will greatly advantage the overall effectiveness of child and community welfare services.
