Job Title: Line Cook / Prep Cook (Vietnamese Cuisine)

Our Vietnamese restaurant is seeking a skilled Cook to prepare authentic, high-quality dishes for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent food presentation, consistency, and speed.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese menu items (e.g., Pho broth, vermicelli bowls, stir-fries, spring rolls).
Complete daily food prep tasks (slicing meats, portioning noodles, preparing sauces).
Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and personal hygiene.
Manage multiple order tickets simultaneously during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low.

Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook in a quick-casual or full-service restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices (Food Safety Certification is a plus).
Speed, efficiency, and excellent knife skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $15.00-$23.16 per hour
