Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision repairs needed
Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth claims processing and approvals
Assist customers with questions related to repairs, upselling additional services when appropriate




Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely completion of repairs
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process

Requirements
Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive collision repair environment
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or automotive training programs
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, parts, and insurance procedures
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell additional services confidently while prioritizing customer needs
Experience with dealership sales processes and cash handling procedures is preferred
Excellent communication skills to explain estimates clearly and build rapport with clients

Pay: $45,608.90-$87,453.68 per year
