Childcare Classroom Assistant

Full-Time & Part time Opportunities Available

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and team-oriented Classroom Assistant to support our childcare program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, assisting teachers, and contributing to a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
Support the supervision and safety of children at all times
Help implement age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom workplace
Assist with meals, snacks, and transitions throughout the day
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members




Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:
Genuine passion for working with young children
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and versatile
Strong communication skills
Must meet Washington State childcare licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain)
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
