Your responsibilities will include meticulous record-keeping, product inspections, and ingredient releases, along with training staff on necessary measures. Your strong computer skills will enable productive data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily swabbing for critical pathogens
• Oversee HACCP documentation and operation
• Provide associate training on QA protocols
• Manage product holds and shipment approvals
• Perform ingredient sampling and testing coordination

Requirements:
• Knowledge of HACCP and meat processing regulations
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel
• Organizational skills for multitasking effectively
• Strong communication skills for team interaction
• Technical degree or diploma preferred
