Job Overview: Reporting to the Vice President of People and Culture and working closely with Senior Payroll Benefits Specialist. You’ll be involved in:

Process payroll accurately and on time, including employee updates, timesheet verification, and payroll reporting.
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, coverage changes, and employee support.
Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll legislation, company policies, and procedures.
Prepare payroll and HR-related reports and provide administrative support to the payroll function.
What You Bring: 1-3 years of Payroll experience is preferred
Possessing a certificate in Payroll is considered an asset
You are adaptable and calm when managing tight deadlines, competing tasks, and changes
You have the ability to perform at a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying updated with policy, legislation and best practices
Proven ability to work under pressure and provide accurate advice in line with payroll and benefits
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
